Discovery & Estimating
We meet with you, your architect, and your designer to scope the project, build a detailed estimate, and establish a realistic timeline before any contract is signed.

Preconstruction
Permit applications, subcontractor selection, material procurement, and site logistics — completed before mobilization so the build starts without delay.

Construction
Your superintendent is on-site daily. Your project manager provides weekly updates and budget reporting. Every decision is documented and every change order is approved before work begins.

Closeout & Handover
A thorough punch list process, final inspections, and a complete project handover package — so you move in with zero open items and full documentation of your home.
