Bruno & Co.'s residential division covers the full scope of high-end homebuilding and renovation across the Northeast — ground-up custom estate construction, full-home gut renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, basement finishing, historic restoration, additions and expansions, and second-home programs throughout coastal New England and the mountain communities of New Hampshire and Vermont. We have delivered custom estate builds and high-end renovations throughout Westchester County, Long Island, coastal Maine, and the Hudson Valley. Every market we serve has dedicated local trade relationships and permitting knowledge — your project doesn't slow down when it crosses a state line.

On every Bruno & Co. residential project, a dedicated project manager, field superintendent, and estimator are each independently accountable for their domain. Your build is never dependent on a single person being available — which means faster decisions, cleaner trade coordination, and no gaps in oversight when circumstances change. This structure is what allows us to maintain consistent quality across projects of every scale and in every market we serve.

We are experienced collaborators, not territorial GCs. Our project managers work directly within your design team's workflow from the earliest pre-construction meetings through final finishes — resolving field conflicts before they become costly change orders on paper. If you don't yet have an architect in place, we can also coordinate the full design-build team, connecting you with vetted professionals who understand the construction process from the inside.

Every residential project includes detailed budget tracking and documented change order management from day one. Your project manager provides weekly updates on schedule and spend — so you always know exactly where your money is going and why. There are no surprises at closeout. Every change order is presented, explained, and approved before any work begins.

Both. We handle everything from a kitchen renovation in Brookfield to an 8,000 SF custom estate in Greenwich — with the same senior project management oversight on every engagement.
